Aydın's local products attracted great attention from its visitors at the 12th YOREX Local Products Fair, which was held for the 12th time this year under the leadership of Antalya Commodity Exchange and supported by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).

Aydın Commodity Exchange, together with the chambers/exchanges of Aydın province, promoted the products of Aydın province in the common stand area at YOREX, where the unique products of various provinces and districts of our country are introduced, and plays a major role in increasing the brand value, marketing the products, and increasing awareness on a national and international scale.

Protected Designation Of Origin of Aydın's were Presented to TOBB President M.Rifat Hisarcıklıoglu

After the opening ceremony of YOREX Local Products Fair, M.Rifat Hisarcıklıoglu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, visited the stand of Aydın Commodity Exchange with his accompanying delegation. TOBB President M.Rifat Hisarcıklıoglu was welcomed by Aydın Commodity Exchange Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Cengiz Ulgen, Board Member Kazım Günaydın, Council Members Ahmet Senel and Abdülkadir Yıldız and General Secretary Neslihan Duymaz.

Great Interest in the Local Products of Our Intellectuals from the Land of Efeler at the Fair

At the stand where Aydın Commodity Exchange and Aydın province chambers/exchanges are jointly located, Aydın Kestanesi, which is registered as the 4th PDO of our country in the European Union by Aydın Commodity Exchange, EU-Registered Aydın Fig, Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı, which was declared in the Official Gazette of the European Union. Local products unique to our province, such as protected designation of origin Aydın Memecik Zeytini, Aydın Çam Fıstığı and Aydın Yamalak Sarısı Zeytini were introduced.

Participants from Young and Old Alike, visited the Fair were allowed to taste Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı which was announced in the Official Gazette of the European Union.

Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panelists, accredited by the International Olive Council (IOC), informed the visitors about the distinctive features and tasting criteria of protected designation of origin registered Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı.
