Cengiz Ülgen, Vice Chairman of the Aydın Commodity Exchange Board, participated in the meeting on the Importance of Green and Digital Transformation for Our Future, held with the attendance of Aydın Governor Yakup Canbolat. The event was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, the South Aegean Development Agency (GEKA), Aydın Commodity Exchange, Aydın Chamber of Commerce and Aydın Chamber of Industry.

The meeting, which began with opening speeches, emphasized that green and digital transformation is of great importance not only for environmental sustainability but also for economic growth and innovation in industry.

During the meeting, Steven Young, Board Member of Çalık Holding, delivered an extensive presentation on the impact of transformation processes on economic development and the environment. Young emphasized that green transformation not only protects the environment but also creates new opportunities in the business world. He detailed how digital transformation contributes to making companies more efficient, innovative, and competitive. Additionally, he provided key insights on the role of digitalization in improving business processes and the future workforce.
