Aydın Commodity Exchange attracted great attention by the fair visitors with local products of Aydın exhibited at the Olivia Istanbul Olive Oil Fair and National Summit held at the Istanbul Expo Center.

Olivia Istanbul Olive Oil Fair and National Summit, which was held for the first time this year, was attended by Aydın Commodity Exchange Assembly President A. Bahri Erdel, Assembly Vice President Rıza Uyar, Vice Chairman Cengiz Ulgen, Board Members Kazım Günaydın, Yakup Er, Abdülkadir Yıldız, Assembly Members Mustafa Akdam, Cihan Can, Mehmet Ali Avcu and Adem Türkmen and met with sector representatives..

The booth, in which is co-owned by Aydın Commodity Exchange and Aydın Chamber of Commerce, gave visitors the taste of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil, which is registered as protected designation of origin by Aydın Commodity Exchange and has applied to the European Union, also. Accredited by the International Olive Council (IOC), Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panelists informed visitors about the distinguishing features and tasting criteria of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil. In addition, the branded products of the members of Commodity Exchange, which received many national and international awards, were exhibited at the stand of Aydın Commodity Exchange.

Evaluating the Olivia Istanbul Olive Oil Fair and National Summit, where the olive and olive oil sector met in Istanbul, Fevzi Çondur, Aydın Commodity Exchange Chairman said '' As Aydın Commodity Exchange, we are spending a lot of effort on the agricultural products' promotion of our city and the branded products of the members of Commodity Exchange.
