07.06.2023 Fig Growing and Processing Training was Organized at Aydın Commodity Exchange

Fig Growing and Processing Training was held for the members by the Fig Research and Institute Directorate of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry under the coordination of Aydın Commodity Exchange. 

Aydın Commodity Exchange (ACE) organized Fig Growing and Processing Training for members operating in the fig industry, within the scope of the 2023 Training Program. On the first day of the theoretical and practical training, participants were informed about the history of figs, production, cultural processes in fig gardens, cultivation, deal with many diseases and pests, harvest period and branding process by the Fig Research and Institute Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey.
