08.03.2024 Aydın Commodity Exchange Participated in TOBB Chamber/Exchange Consultation Meeting

Aydın Commodity Exchange Chairman Fevzi Condur and Assembly Chairman A.Bahri Erdel participated in the TOBB Chamber and Commodity Exchange Presidents' Consultative Meeting, hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoglu, with the presence of the Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Simsek, with the participation of 365 Chamber and Commodity Exchange Presidents.

TOBB President M.Rifat Hisarcıklıoglu, in his assessment of the meeting, said, "Our priority is production, employment, investment and export. Our expectation is to solve the problems experienced in the sectors and provinces with the unity of hand and mind. We held the Chamber /Commodity Exchange Presidents Consultation Meeting hosted by our Union with the participation of our Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Simsek, Deputy Ministers and Ministry bureaucrats. We conveyed the problems, demands and suggestions of the real sector. Mr. Minister explained the goals and road map of the implemented program. It was a useful meeting. We expect more attention to be paid to the voices of the real sector and provinces."

At the consultation meeting, Aydın Commodity Exchange Chairman Fevzi Çondur and Assembly Chairman A.Bahri Erdel informed the Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Simsek and TOBB President M.Rifat Hisarcıklıoglu about the problems experienced in the sector and the demands for solutions.

Mr. Condur said, "Within the scope of the Monetary Policy and Liraization Strategy of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey for 2023, we shared our views on the inclusion of not only companies with legal entities but also real person companies in the scope of support in order to provide foreign currency conversion support up to 2 percent of the amount converted into Turkish lira from foreign currency originating abroad in order to support liraization in commercial life."
