Aydın Commodity Exchange successfully completed within the control of accreditation studies of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey and ranked 2nd highest among Commodity Exchanges in the previous control period.
Aydın Commodity Exchange ranked 2nd highest among Commodity Exchange in the previous control period at the Accreditation Certificate Ceremony in which hosted by TOBB President M. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoglu, Deputy Minister of Trade Sezai Ucarmak and TOBB Accreditation Board Chairman Faik Yavuz and Chambers and Commodity Exchanges attended the Accrediation Ceremony. A plaque was presented to the management of Aydın Commodity Exchange by Deputy Minister of Trade Sezai Ucarmakl and TOBB President M. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoglu.
TOBB President M. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoglu expressed in his speech that the certificate in question is a document of the service provided by Chambers and Commodity Exchanges. Mr. Hisarcıklıoglu stated that 150 chambers and commodity exchanges have successfully completed the accrediation control process will receive their accrediation certificates and ask the representatives of chambers and commodity exchanges to submit these documents. Mr. Hisarcıklıoglu stated that the world is going through a change and transformation and as TOBB and Chamber-Commodity Exchange Community, they have to be the pionerrs of this change and transformation.
Reminding that as the president of Turkish business world, he has been the president of chambers or a member of the board of directors in Europe, Asia, Pacific, Islamic countries and Turkish Republics, Hisarcıklıoglu expressed that the Turkish business world survived the pandemic period with the least impact compared to the world.
M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said chambers and commodity exchanges have improved themselves thanks to the accrediation system. Stating that accredited Chambers and Commodity Exchanges carry out projects with the chambers of more than 30 countries, Hisarcıklıoglu said that chambers and exchanges have become centers that produce and offer services to entrepreneurs in the best way.
Mr. Hisarcıklıoğlu, emphasizing that Chambers abd Commodity Exchanges have reached the level of chambers-commodity exchange in London, Paris and Berlin in terms of service quality, stated that they are in a position to export the system to the whole world.
"We Set New Standards for the Accrediation''
Mr.Hisarcıklıoglu stated that 278 of the 365 chambers and exchanges are currently accredited and 35 of them are in the process, and they aim to have all chambers and exchanges accredited.
Mr. Hisarcıklıoglu informed that they have set a new standard of accrediation in accordance with the new targets in line with the demands and issues such as trade, e-commerce and foreign trade, industrial-production, supply chain and R&D activities, promotion of local values such as social responsibility, tourism and geographical cues, employment and professional education are now part of standard in the new area. In the accredeiation system, the full score was 65, now we are increasing the full score to 100. In the past, you were classified as A, B, C based on your scores. You will now be classified with 5,6 and 7 stars according to your scores. In other words, those who are accredited in class A will become 7-star Chamber and Commodity Exchanges from now on. We distinguish the accrediation systems of Chambers and Exchanges. Commodity Exchanges will now be controled on the basis of essential commodity exchange services at a standard of their own. Mr. Hisarcıklıoglu said that they aim to provide better quality corporate service will these changes.
Mr. Hisarcıklıoglu stated that they gave a new and higher target to the chambers and commodity exchanges by complicating the criteria, and that we aimed to raise the chambers and exchanges to the next league in the 20 years of the accreditation system.
In his speech, Deputy Minister of Trade Sezai Ucarmak expressed his pleasure to be at the accreditation ceremony, which showed that the quality of service was tied to a certain standard. Stating that chambers and commodity exchanges are closely related to customs and the ministry, Mr. Ucarmak said that the accreditation given in chambers and exchanges makes commercial life easier by bringing the quality of service to a certain point.
Aydın Commodity Exchange Chairman Fevzi Condur, who made a statement regarding the Accreditation Certificate Ceremony, said that it was the 2nd highest among commodity exchanges in the previous control period. Our Commodity Exchage, which was integrated into the TOBB Chamber and Commodity Exchange Accreditation system in 2010, continues to provide 5 star-commodity exchange services and holds to work with a quality service understanding for our members.
