The meeting point of the world food sectors in Istanbul, which opened its doors in Istanbul, participated in the Worldfood Istanbul 2023, where many domestic and foreign visitors participated in the Aydın Commodity Exchange attracted great interest.

The Istanbul Commodity Exchange, which is the Aydın Commodity Exchange and Sister Commodity Exchange, took part in the international meeting point of the Turkish food sector with its members at Worldfood Istanbul Fair, International Food Products and Technologies Fair. Local Agricultural Products of PDO Are Promoted 

At World Food Istanbul 2023, the EU registered Aydın Kestanesi and Aydın İnciri, as well as the EU-applied Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı, Aydın Memecik Zeytini and Aydın Çam Fıstığı, as well as chestnut candy produced from Aydın Chestnut and fig jam produced from Aydın Fig, were presented to the visitors.

During the fair, at the Aydın Commodity Exchange stand, Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panelists, accredited by the International Olive Council, tasted Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı, which is registered with a geographical indication, and the distinctive features of correct and high-quality olive oil were explained to the visitors.
