13.01.2021 Aydın Commodity Exchange and T.R Ziraat Bnak Signed the ''Bankkart Virgo Supply Chain Financing Project'' Protocol

Bankkart Başak Supply Chain Finance Project Protocol was signed between Aydın Commodity Exchange and T.R Ziraat Bank

Within the scope of the ''Bankkart Basak Supply Chain Financing Project'' implemented between the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and T.R Ziraat Bank to address financing-related problems and collection provlems. 

A protocol was signed between Ziraat Bank, A. Bahri Erdel, Chairman of Assembly of Aydın Commodity Exchange, Cengiz Ulgen Vice Chairman of the Board, T.R. Ziraat Bank Aydın General Manager Ferit Bicen, Customer Relations Yeliz Pence participated. 

After the protocol, Aydın Commodity Exchange Parliament Speaker A. Bahri Erdel said that the agreement signed aims to provide easy financing for commercial goods trading and T.R. Ziraat Bank stated that Aydın Commodity Exchange members could benefit from this system, which aims to bring fluidity to the supply chain within th elimits to be determined according to turnover and creditworthiness.

Mr. Erdel, under the leadership of our roofing company TOBB, as Aydın Commodity Exchange stated that we continue our labours selflessly in order to ensure that our members could easily get through the difficult process. With this agreement signed, our cash-straped members will be able to meet needs for financing and be allowed to trade safely. I hope that this agreement, which is important for making trade more effective, efficient and ensuring sustainability in production and employment, would be fine for our members, producers, traders and consumers. In addition, I would like to express our appreciated to M. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoglu, president of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, who led the implementation of this project, and T.R Ziraat Bank General Manager Hüseyin Aydın.

Providing information about the main purpose od the project signed protocol, T.R Ziraat Bank Aydın General Manager Ferit Bicen stated that suppliers and salesmen would be defined in a closed circuit system created on the bank and those trades would take place under the guarantorship of T.R Ziraat Bank and with this, the risk of both sides in collection will be reduced to zero.

After the signed protocol, Aydın Fig was presented to Ferit Bicen, T.R. Ziraat Bank General Manager, by A. Bahri Erdel, Aydın Commodity Exchange Parliament.
