14.05.2022 Aydın Commodity Exchange Parliament Speaker A. Bahri Erdel and Vice Chairman of Board Cengiz Ulgen Attended To The ''Aydın Gastronomy Book'' Promotion Event, Which Was Prepared By Aydın Governorate

''Project of Aydın Provincial Introduction'' a book prepared by Aydın Governor, under the motto '' The Day Begins with Aydın'', opens with the description of Aydın province's history and cultural texture as well as ''Aydın Gastronomy'' by Turkish Governor's Office, Aydın Commodity Exchange Parliament Speaker A. Bahri Erdel and Vice Chairman of Board Cengiz Ulgen have contributed.

At the launch dinner of the book ''Aydın Gastronomi'', featuring 117 special species, Aydın Governor Hüseyin Aksoy said that the city has significant potential with its history and culture and emphasized that the book of enlightened gastronomy would contribute to the discovery of this potential, to promotion and to the transfer of it to future generations. 

The event was announced by Parliament Speaker A. Bahri Erdel, who chairs in Aydın Commodity Exchange. Mr. Erdel expressed his thanks to Aydın's fertile and favorable climate conditions, congratulating everyone involved in promoting the traditional cuisine of Aydın province and preparing the book of Aydın Gastronomy.
