14.08.2024 Olive Oil Operator Training Held at Aydın Commodity Exchange

The Olive Oil Operator Training, organized in collaboration with the Aydın Commodity Exchange and Polat Makina Inc. Comp. concluded with an intensive three-day program. The training covered theoretical and practical information on olive oil production, tasting techniques, and the production process, delivered by expert trainers.

On the first day of the training, Yusuf Küçük, the Olive Oil Tasting Panel Chairman of the Aydın Commodity Exchange, gave a comprehensive presentation on olive oil production and tasting. Küçük informed the participants about critical factors in olive oil production, such as tree care, olive harvesting, and transportation.
