15.11.2022 Aydın Commodity Exchange Was Attracted a Great Deal of Attention at 4th Mesopotamia Gourmet and Regional Flavors Fair

Aydın Commodity Exchange attracted great attention at the Mesopotamia Gourmet and Regional Flavors Fair, which was held for the fourth time this year in Diyarbakır.

The visitors showed great interest the the stand of Aydın Commodity Exchange, where Aydın is introduced and local products are exhibited at the 4th Mesopotamia Gourmet and Regional Flavors Fair organized by Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Aydın Commodity Exchange Speaker A.Bahri Erdel, Vice Chairman Cengiz Ulgen and Board Member Kazım Günaydın participated to the world 4th Mesopotamia Gourmet and Local Flavors Fair, organized to introduce the taste of the Mesopotamia region which hosts different civilizations.

Besides of Aydın Kestanesi and Aydın Inciri, registered by EU, Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı, Aydın Memecik Zeytini, Aydın Çam Fıstığı and Aydın Yamalak Sarısı Zeytini, are registered as PDO and candied chestnut produced from Aydın Kestanesi were presented to the visitors during the fair.

Aydın Commodity Exchange Speaker A. Bahri Erdel presented Aydın regional products to Diyarbakır Governor and Metropolitan Mayor Deputy Chairman Ali Ihsan Su,unveiled of Mesopotamia Gourmet and Regional Flavors Fair and visited Aydın Commodity Exchange's stand. Stating that is really important for local products to gain value in the globalizing world, Speaker A. Bahri Erdel added that while the initatives to increase the number of PDO on behalf of Aydın, all organizations in this field have started to promote Aydın and agricultural products. Diyarbakır Governor and Metropolitan Mayor Deputy Chairman Ali Ihsan Su, Hatay Metropolitan Mayor Lutfu Savas, Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Mehmet Kaya, Diyarbakır Commodity Exchange Chairman Engin Yesil, Aydın Chamber of Commerce Chairman Hakan Ulken, Mus Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Erdal Koc, Bingol Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Kadir Cintay and Van Commodity Exchange Chairman Nayif Suer visited to Aydın Commodity Exchange's stand. 

Stating that with the 4th Mesopotamia Gourmet and Regional Flavors Fair, the agricultural products and brands of our province that have the quality of branding and branding are presented to the Mesopotamia Gourmet and Regional Flavors Fair visitors Mr. Erdel, thanked to Diyarbakır Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which hosted Mesopotamia Gourmet and Regional Fair.

At 4th Mesopotamia Gourmet and Regional Flavors Fair, Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı tasting, which was registered as PDO by Aydın Commodity Exchange and also applied to the EU. Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panelists accredited by International Olive Council/IOC have the right to the distinctive features and tasting criteria of the PDO registered Aydın Memecik Olive Oil. Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı, registered as PDO, received full marks by the fair visitors who received information about the tasting criteria.
