Aydın Commodity Exchange Passes ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 Audits with Success
Aydın Commodity Exchange (ATB) has successfully passed the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System audits conducted by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE). During the audits, the institution's quality management systems, customer-oriented approach in services provided to members, and corporate processes were evaluated in detail.
The audit process, carried out by TSE Inspectors Mehmet Ali Özerdoğan and Gülhan Yüzereroğlu, reaffirmed ATB's commitment to providing services in compliance with international standards. Throughout the evaluation, active contributions were made by Technical Support Department Manager Cansu Karabulut, Transactions Department Manager Tuğçe Çobanoğlu, R&D and Management Systems Officer Funda Hanife Aksoy, Project and Trademark Patent Officer Emine Ceylan Özdemir, and Registration Officer Gülşen Ülgen.
With this achievement, Aydın Commodity Exchange has once again demonstrated its goal of offering more efficient, transparent, and satisfaction-focused services to its members. Continuously advancing the efforts in quality management and customer satisfaction, the institution aims to enhance its success both regionally and nationally by improving its service quality.
