20.04.2021 TOBB Aydın Women Entrepreneurs Board Carried Out Online KGK Trainer Training Programme

 The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Aydın Women Entrepreneurs Board operating under the coordination of Aydın Commodity Exchange under the Union of Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, TOBB Aydın launched its first project under KGK Academy.

Aydın Women Entrepreneurs Board, developed under the leadership of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) in cooperation with the Turkish Economic Policies Research Foundation TEPAV, ''The 2021 Action Plan Project, which they preapared to put Aydın in the ninth place in the ''Gender Equality in Turkey all Provinces'' was carried out with the video conference method as the first project to have completed.

Turkish PDR Association Aydın Branch Founder Asst. moderated by Aydın KGK Provincial Executive Committee Member Yasemin Ateş, 12 psychological consultant from their fields participated in the '' Training of KGK- Certified Trainer'' program. The project Manager Yasemin Ateş criticise the current status, sustainable objectives as well as the functioning of the Online-KGK Certified Trainer's Training Programme to the psychological counselors who have undergone special training on the intervention against violence to women and children at the Turkish PDR.

Mrs. Ateş said that gender equality perception could be improved through education, adding that they will contribute to the development of the social gender concept by implementing practices related to the school administrators, teachers, families and children together with the main team, which she described as the backbone of the project.

Esen Türker, President of Women Entrepreneurs Committee of TOBB Aydın and Aegean Region Representative, stated that they are proud to have implemented the projects as part of 2021 action plan prepared by the Aydın Women Entrepreneurs Board. '' Gender equality is one of the key conditions for a country to take its place among the countries that achieve sustainable development. Accordingly, gender equality efforts are of great importance in the development of methods and tools that affect the lives of local population. As TOBB Aydın Women Entrepreneurs Board, we pay attention to this matter and diligently implement our projects. We would like to extend our gratitude to M. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu, the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, and Nurten Öztürk, the Chairman of the TOBB Women Entrepreneurs  Board and our coordinator Aydın Commodity Exchange for putting our faith and support into action.''

Mr. Çondur stated that' ''We believe that the Training Programme of the Online KGK- Certified Trainer will help to raise individual relations in the society. This is the first project that the TOBB Aydın Women Entrepreneurs Board has developed in line with the 2021 Action Plan. With this program, we are coordinated by Aydın Commodity Exchange, Chairman of the Board, Fevzi Çondur and developing innovative projects. Folloving the announcement of the gender equality report for 81 provinces in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), The Industrial Development Bank of Turkey and TEPAV, the TOBB Aydın Women  Entrepreneurs Committee worked selflessly to prepare its projects. We strongly believe that these projects will be a milestone in increasing the employment and entrepreneurship of women. As Aydın Commodity Exchange, we are going to support the TOBB Aydın Women Entrepreneurs Board with the projects they have developed with a visionary approach.''
