19.02.2022 Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı Was Presented in Hatay

Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı, registered by Aydın Commodity Exchange was presented in Hatay.

Hatay was the first duration following the pandemic of Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı and Its Promotions Days, which were registered as Protected Designation of Origin by Aydın Commodity Exchange on September 17, 2020 and carried out in order to increase the awareness and brand value of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil, which was applied for Protected Designation of Origin Registration by the European Union.

Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panalists, accredited by the International Olive Council (IOC) during the 2 days Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı Tasting and Promotion Days events in Hatay, made olive oil consumers taste and explained the distinctive properties of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil together with the use of accurate and high quality olive oil. 

Fevzi Çondur, Chairman of Aydın Commodity Exchange, made the assesements regarding the event that took place in Hatay after the end of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil Tasting and Promotion Days event. Mr. Çondur stated that '' Our Commodity Exchange is working on increasing the brand value and correct consumption of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil, which has been registered as a geographical sign, on a national and international platform. The difference between Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı Tasting and Promotion Days event organized in different provinces of our country and poor quality olive oil to olive oil consumers is explained practically by our Tasting Panalists. At the Aydın Memecik Olive Oil Tasting and Promotion Days events held in Hatay, our Tasting Panelists also shared with olive oil consumers properties of Olive Oil obtained from the nipple variety olives unique to our province to the visitors who visited our stand. Our primary goal is to increase conscious olive oil consumption of olive oil, and to further increase the awereness of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil, whose fruit smells intensely felt, bitterness and burning, with such activities organized throughout our country.
