21.11.2024 Aydın Commodity Exchange Held a Member Information Meeting

Aydın Commodity Exchange, in line with the requests of its members, addressed its ongoing activities during the Member Information Meeting held as part of the 23rd Growtech International Greenhouse, Agricultural Technologies, and Livestock Equipment Fair in Antalya.

The meeting was attended by Fevzi Çondur, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aydın Commodity Exchange, A. Bahri Erdel, Chairman of the Assembly, assembly members, discipline committee members, and exchange members. During the meeting, the projects and activities carried out by Aydın Commodity Exchange were shared in detail, with an emphasis on their contributions to the regional and national economy.

In his comprehensive presentation about the projects, services, and investments implemented by Aydın Commodity Exchange, Fevzi Çondur stated, “As Aydın Commodity Exchange, we carefully evaluate the requests from our members and make plans accordingly. Through our efforts, we continue to add value to both our region’s and our country’s economy.”

In the meeting where the laboratory services, product storage services, geographical indication efforts, tasting and promotion events, sector meetings, and e-commerce activities of Aydın Commodity Exchange were discussed, Fevzi Çondur mentioned that since taking office, an investment worth approximately 180 million TL has been contributed to the regional economy. The meeting provided a detailed explanation of the facilities these investments offer to Aydın Commodity Exchange members and the sectoral contributions they bring.

Additionally, the meeting addressed the lobbying activities carried out based on feedback from the members and discussed the wide range of solutions offered by Aydın Commodity Exchange, spanning from agricultural production to export.

Labor Law Training Held

On the second day of the Aydın Commodity Exchange Member Information Meeting, members were informed about legal processes related to employer-employee relations through the "Labor Law Training" conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Ekin.

The training covered in detail key topics such as employment contracts, rights and obligations, and essential issues to consider within the framework of labor law. The goal of the training was to help employers gain a better understanding of legal processes.

At the end of the meeting, Fevzi Çondur, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aydın Commodity Exchange, stated that they would continue their work while taking into account the requests and expectations of the members. Mr. Çondur emphasized that they would continue to develop projects aimed at adding value to the regional and national economy.
