23.12.2022 Aydın Commodity Exchange Welcomed The Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank

The Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank came together with Aydın Commodity Exchange's management for many programs, within the scope of the visits to Aydın.

The Ministry of Industry and Technology the Republic of Turkey Mustafa Varank came to Aydın for 2022 Productivity Project Awards Competetiton conducted by General Directorate of Strategic Research and Productivity of and Grand Opening, Groundbreaking and Signing Ceremony and visited Aydın Commodity Exchange. Chairman of Aydın Commodity Exchange Fevzi Condur, Assembly A.Bahri Erdel, Vice Chairman Cengiz Ulgen and Councilmen Mehmet Akkan welcomed Mr. Varank.

Chairman of Aydın Commodity Exchange Fevzi Condur informed The Ministry of Industry and Technology the Republic of Turkey Mustafa Varank as to the activities and new projects of Aydın Commodity Exchange. Mr. Condur provided information about the current work of Aydın Renewable Energy-Oriented Cold Storage Warehouse, which was acquired in Aydın, with our members' requests and operated by ATB Aydın Cold Storage Inc. Stating that our producers' products were preserved by preserving its orginal taste in Aydın Renewable Energy Cold Storage Warehouse, which was brought to Aydın in line with the members' demands, Chairman Fevzi Condur said that  ATB Aydın Cold Storage Inc. which sets an example by serving Aydın province, all storable food products, especially dried figs grown in our province and is the world leader in production, gives many opportunities to the companies at national and global markets as it allows the sale and marketing of all storable food products in each months of a year. Mr. Condur explained the details of the second Cold Storage Warehouse, planned to be established in the Eastern Region of Aydın province and the achievements of the local people, as well. Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank was presented with a plaque by Fevzi Condur, Chairman of Aydın Commodity Exchange at the end of the visit. 

Mr. Condur, who made statements about the visit, stated that they are greatful to Minister Mr. Varank's visit and has honored on behalf of  Aydın Commodity Exchange and our province. ''We criticised the views and evaluations about ongoing and planned investments and projects in Aydın Commodity Exchange. Then, we inaugurated Aydın Renewable Energy Cold Storage Warehouse, which we participated in, held at Soke OIZ with the encouragement of Minister Mr. Varank at the Grand Opening, Groundbreaking and Signing Ceremony. We are aware of local development and with this awareness, we have made our request to the Minister in order to plan 2nd Cold Storage Warehouse, which is planned to operate in the Eastern Region of our province, to local people. I hope that we will put the Renewable Energy Cold Storage into operation in the Eastern Region of our city as soon as possible.'' by Chairman Fevzi Condur.
