Aydın Commodity Exchange took its place at the OLIVTECH-Olive, Olive Oil, Dairy Products, Wine and Technologies Fair, which was held for the 11th time this year in İzmir.

Aydın Commodity Exchange Deputy Chairman of the Assembly Rıza Uyar and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors Cengiz Ülgen attended the 11th Olivtech Olive, Olive Oil, Dairy Products, Wine and Technology Fair organized by İZFAŞ and hosted by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality.

Visiting the 11th Olivtech Olive, Olive Oil, Dairy Products, Wine and Technology Fair, the registered Aydın Commodity Exchange stand was attended by the Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panelists, who are accredited by the International Olive Council (OIC) and whose fairness is registered by the European Union. Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı was tasted and the distinctive features of Aydın Memecik Zeytinyağı were explained. The characteristics of quality olive oil were explained and information was given about the correct consumption of olive oil. At the fair, where all members of the sector were together, branded products were exhibited at the Aydın Commodity Exchange stand so that Borsa Istanbul could meet with locals and new foreign buyers and evaluate new market opportunities.
