22.05.2022 AYDIN MEMECIK OLIVE OIL IS PRESENTED IN SINOP, TURKEY

The new address of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil Tasting and Promotion Days event, which was registered as a protected designation of origin by Aydın Commodity Exchange, was Sinop. 

Aydın Memecik Olive Oil Tasting and Promotion Days event was held in Sinop. The use of right and high quality olive oil was explained to consumers and tasted by Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panalists accredited by the International Olive Council (IOC) at 2 days Aydın Memecik Olive Oil Tasting and Promotion Days event. The distinctive features of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil were shared with consumers at the event where it was aimed to the brand value and awareness of Aydın Memecik Olive Oil with protected designation of origin registered from Memecik kind olive oil specific to Aydın province. 

Before the event held in Sinop, Aydın Commodity Exchange Assembly Vice President Rıza Uyar, Vice Chairman Cengiz Ulgen, Board Members Kazım Günaydın, Abdülkadir Yıldız, Assembly Members Mustafa Akdam, Mehmet Ali Avcu and Barıs Senol amd Idris Kurt who are Aydın Commodity Exchange Tasting Panelists visited Sinop Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Salim Akbas. During the visit, mutual consultations were held about the activities of the Chamber and Commodity Exchange and information was provided about Aydın Memecik Olive Oil Tasting and Promotion Days activities, which were registered as protected designation of origin by Aydın Commodity Exchange.

Sinop Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Salim Akbas stated that they were pleased with the visit of Aydın Commodity Exchange management and emphasized that it was important to introduce local products specific to the provinces with such activities.

Cengiz Ulgen, Vice Chairman of Aydın Commodity Exchange, stated that as Aydın Commodity Exchange, we organize Aydın Memecik Olive Oil Tasting and Promotion Activities in many parts of our country in order to explain the distinctive features of quality olive oil to consumers and to increase brand value.
