The 25th Issue Celebrates the 65th Anniversary of the HAUS Foundation

In 2019, HAUS celebrated its 65th anniversary and has been a partner in success for the customers with products and services since the day it was founded.

HAUS manufactures decanters, separators, continuous olive oil production plants, screw presses, turbo blowers, and various equipment necessary for food, environment, energy, and industrial applications. HAUS (formerly known as HAKKI USTA Oğulları Makine) started its operations in Aydın by repairing and renewing various types of water motors, olive oil, and cotton presses. It was founded in 1954 by Hakkı Gözlüklü. With over 60 years of experience, the company has kept pace with developments in its sector and implemented numerous innovations since its inception. In this regard, it began manufacturing the first olive oil press in its region in 1962. In recent years, the company has enhanced its technology and achieved significant success by producing Turkey's first continuous olive oil plant in 1989.

In the 1990s, the company began to prove its presence outside the Turkish market by making its first export. The company produced its first decanter in 1989 and its first separator in 2000. Subsequently, it focused on separation technologies and transitioned to PLC and Dual Drive systems in 2006. Founded in 1972 as Hakkı Usta Oğulları Mak. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., the company rebranded itself as Hakkı Usta Santrifüj Teknolojileri after shifting its focus to centrifuge systems in 2004. In 2010, the company adopted the name HAUS as part of a rebranding effort to become a global player and established a sales and marketing office in Istanbul the same year. In 2012, HAUS EUROPE B.V. was established in the Netherlands, followed by HAUS SEA in Malaysia in 2015, HAUS MED in Italy in 2016, and HAUS Turbo Kompresör in Germany in 2017. In the same year, it expanded its product range to include screw presses and Turkey's first and only domestically produced magnetic bearing turbo blower. Additionally, in 2015, HAUS established its R&D Center, ranking among 245 companies in Turkey.
