27.09.2024 Aydın Commodity Exchange Welcomed Minister of the Interior Ali Yerlikaya

The Aydın Commodity Exchange hosted a security meeting titled 'Turkey's Peace' chaired by Minister of the Interior, Mr. Ali Yerlikaya.

After the meeting, Minister of the Interior Ali Yerlikaya, Aydın Governor Yakup Canbolat, Aydın Members of Parliament Mustafa Savaş and Seda Sarıbaş, along with AK Party Aydın Provincial Chairman Gökhan Ökten, visited the Aydın Commodity Exchange. During the visit, Fevzi Çondur, Chairman of the Board of the Aydın Commodity Exchange, Vice Chairman Cengiz Ülgen, Deputy Chairman of the Assembly Rıza Uyar, and Assembly Member Mehmet Akkan were present.

Fevzi Çondur informed Minister of the Interior Ali Yerlikaya about the activities of the Aydın Commodity Exchange and the projects contributing to agricultural development in Aydın. Mr. Çondur provided information on the promotion and commercial value of important agricultural products grown in Aydın, such as figs, chestnuts, olives, olive oil, and cotton, at national and international platforms.

Mr. Çondur emphasized that efforts to protect, promote, and increase the export of geographically indicated products significantly contribute to the Aydın economy by supporting local producers.

As a memento of the visit, Fevzi Çondur, Chairman of the Aydın Commodity Exchange, presented Minister of the Interior Ali Yerlikaya with a fig leaf inscribed with the Surah Tin, symbolizing one of Aydın's important agricultural products.
