27.11.2023 Aydın Commodity Exchange Attended To The Pine Nut Workshop

Aydın Commodity Exchange Council President A.Bahri Erdel, Project and Trademark Patent Officer Emine Ceylan Ozdemir, Industrial Property Consultant Huriye Ozener and AYTB Microbiology Laboratory Food Engineer Ayse Nur Ediz participated in the event held in cooperation with T.R Kocarlı Municipality and Aydın Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Agriculture.

At the workshop, Project and Trademark Patent Officer Emine Ceylan Ozdemir and Industrial Property Consultant Huriye Ozener gave information about the protected designation origion of Aydın Çam Fıstığı, for which the European Union geographical indication application was made by Aydın Commodity Exchange.

AYTB Microbiology Laboratory Food Engineer Ayse Nur Ediz made a presentation about the microbiological quality of exported pine nuts.
