Online Training on Effective Sales and Customer Relationship Management by Trainer Cem Kucuktepepınar was realised to make the marketing and sales activities of its members' enterprises effective by Aydın Commodity Exchange, to develop a general perspective on Customer Relationship Management and Sales Management.

Cem Kucuktepepınar trained about overview of Customer Relationship Techniques, Customer Perception and Perception Management at Every Point, Customer Relationship Management, Basic Communication Approaches in Customer Relationship Management and Effective Sales Methods.

Fevzi Çondur, Chairman of Aydın Commodity Exchange, made a statement after the training organized by Trainer Cem Kucuktepepınar. Fevzi Çondur gave an overview of the participants' customer expectations, customer loyalty, the benefits created by customer relations, customer relationship management and sales management with this training.
