DECLARATION OF CONSENT

In accordance with the “Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data” and related regulations, I hereby acknowledge and declare that I consent to the processing of my personal data mentioned under the "Processed Personal Data of Employee Candidates" section, as well as any other personal data that may be necessary and provided by me in written form. I consent to the processing of all my personal data, including but not limited to personal data that identifies me or enables identification, whether provided verbally, in writing, and/or electronically, by AYDIN COMMODITY EXCHANGE and all its affiliates. I also accept, declare, and undertake that I consent to the processing of my personal data, special categories of personal data, and health-related data, as defined under the "Processed Personal Data of Employee Candidates" section, within the scope defined by the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related regulations, as well as the sharing of such data with other persons and institutions where necessary.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES' PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of employee candidates is processed for the following purposes:

  1. Execution of Employee Candidate / Intern / Student Selection and Placement Processes
  2. Management of Application Processes of Employee Candidates
  3. Execution of Communication Activities
  4. Planning of Human Resources Processes

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

According to Article 8 of the “Law on the Protection of Personal Data,” personal data cannot be transferred to third parties without the explicit consent of the concerned individual.

However, in cases where explicit consent is not required for processing, personal data may be transferred to third parties without explicit consent. Similarly, sensitive personal data, excluding those related to health and sexual life, can be transferred without explicit consent in cases defined by law, provided that sufficient precautions are taken. Personal data related to health and sexual life can only be transferred without explicit consent to persons or authorized institutions and organizations under confidentiality obligations for the protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and the planning and management of health services and their financing.

Provisions in other laws related to the transfer of personal data remain unaffected.
