Receiving Membership Applications
The following documents are required when applying for membership in Aydın Commodity Exchange:
Natural Entity
- Real person registration declaration
- It shows the registration of the purchase or sale of items included in the stock exchange listing among its fields of activity. Turkish Trade Registry Gazette or the original or certified copy of the Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen Registry Gazette or registration certificate.
- A certified and photographic identity card copy.
- Notarized signature circular
- Residence certificate or permit.
- Three newly taken photographs.
- Tax plate or document showing tax registration. .
- Other documents required by legislation or deemed necessary by the Union or Commodity Exchanges.
Legal Entity
- Legal entity registration declaration
- The original or approved copy of the trade registry gazette in which the registration announcement is published or the trade registry certification.
- Notarized signature circular
- A copy of the approved and photographic identity card of the representatives.
- Three recent photographs of the representatives. .
- Residence certificate or permit of the representatives.
- Notarized copy of articles of association if it is not published in the registration announcement.
- Tax certificate or document showing tax registration
- Other documents required by the legislation or deemed necessary by the Union or Commodity Exchanges.
